The briefing

In August 2017, NGA Human Resources approached BEWE for a lead generation and gamification activity aimed at increasing user profiling with respect to the well-known brand.

The solution

After building a User Interface that reflected the NGA Human Resources brand, BEWE created a Customer Experience with the aim of profiling the user. The CX, closely linked to the gamification strategy, led the user to compile a survey dedicated to HR and Digital Transformation.

At the end of the test, the user landed on a landing page that showed his result and his digital characteristics: cautious, explorer or innovator (so that we could understand the level of HR Digital Readiness of the company).

Each landing page consisted of a video describing the characteristics of the profile obtained and a series of questions-answers useful to the user.

Creating a lead generation activity and planning a gamification campaign allowed NGA Human Resources to obtain qualified leads/profilations. At the same time, it allowed the user of the platform to understand the progress of their company in the Digital HR field.
