The CX, closely linked to the gamification strategy, led the user to compile a survey dedicated to HR and Digital Transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the test, the user landed on a landing page that showed his result and his digital characteristics: cautious, explorer or innovator (so that we could understand the level of HR Digital Readiness of the company).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each landing page consisted of a video describing the characteristics of the profile obtained and a series of questions-answers useful to the user.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating a lead generation activity and planning a gamification campaign allowed NGA Human Resources to obtain qualified leads\/profilations.
